Murat Torlak obtained the M.S. and Ph.D. levels in electrical engineering from The College of Texas at Austin, in 1995 and 1999, respectively. Given that August 1999, he has been with the Section of Electrical and Personal computer Engineering, The College of Texas at Dallas, wherever he has been promoted to the rank of a Whole Professor. He is on leave from UT Dallas to serve as a Rotating Plan Director at the U.S. Countrywide Science Foundation (NSF) considering the fact that mid 2020. His recent investigate passions include experimental verification of wireless networking devices, cognitive radios, millimeter-wave automotive radars, millimeter-wave imaging devices, and interference mitigation in radio telescopes. He has served as an Affiliate Editor for the IEEE Transactions on Wireless Communications, from 2008 to 2013. He was a Visitor co-Editor of IEEE JSTSP Particular Concern on The latest Innovations in Automotive Radar Sign Processing, 2021. He has also served in many IEEE committees and assisted to arranged IEEE conferences.
