HAMDEN — The town’s information know-how services had been “compromised” early Thursday, prompting a recovery energy, according to the administration of Mayor Lauren Garrett.

Sean Grace, Garrett’s main of workers, stated in a assertion that the town’s emergency expert services were unaffected, but much less crucial functions were impacted.
