Microsoft has issued an out-of-band (OOB) non-stability update to handle an issue triggering SSL/TLS handshake failures on customer and server platforms.

On impacted units, customers will see SEC_E_Illegal_Concept glitches in programs when connections to servers practical experience troubles.
